Also, ocular affection is frequently associated with APS. Aim of the study: to correlate ocular findings to bad obstetric history in women with primary APS and to correlate ocular findings to systemic vascular complications of primary APS. Methods: 50 women with APS and BOH underwent detailed fundus examination. Results: showed no specific correlation between ocular findings and different aspects of BOH.
