(Normal bone healing) on surgically induced bone defect on femur bone of rabbit. Materials and Methods: Twelve adult white male New Zealand rabbits were selected for this study. Rabbits were divided into two groups and the two groups according to a two evaluation periods divided into 2 subgroups. Rabbits were anesthetized with intramuscular anethesia, and two osseous defects had been created in the distal aspect of the femur bone.one of this defects injected by a grafting material (SI-HPMC CPC) and the other left empty as control (normal healing).Animal were sacrificed after two sacrifice dates and the femur bone excised for histological and statistical evaluation ER -
