However, syncope may be due to more worrisome conditions with potential for sudden death (particularly those associated with cardiac structural disease or channelopathies). So, identification of the etiology of syncope is crucial in order to initiate effective therapy. The aim of the study: to estimate the prevalence of arrhythmia among pediatric patients with syncope presenting to the arrhythmia clinic Methods: 25 pediatric patients presenting to arrhythmia clinic with syncope were studied regarding their history, complete physical examination, Vital signs including postural blood pressure, 12 Leads ECG, Holter monitor, Echocardiography.
