Background: Neuroblastoma (NB) is the most common extra-cranial malignant solid tumor in childhood. High risk neuroblastoma is a challenging problem among pediatric cancer patient. The study aim was to assess the survival outcome and prognostic factors among patients with high risk NB pediatric Methods: This is a retrospective study included 133 eligible patients (18 years of age at time of diagnosis, established diagnosis of Neuroblastoma and Ganglioneuroblastoma according to International Neuroblastoma Pathology Classification (INPC) and categorized as High Risk according COG risk stratification) treated with SFOP NBL 90 protocol at the National Cancer Institute during the period from January 2008 to December 2015. Different prognostic factors (age, gender, stage, histopathology subtype, MYCN gene status, chemotherapy response, impact of local control ASCT, radiotherapy and maintenance cis-retinoic acid) were reviewed for correlation with survival
