Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of non- Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). DLBCL is characterized by biologic and pathogenetic heterogeneity. The aim of the study is to evaluate the reliability of the CD10-BCL6-MUM1 algorithm ICC in bone marrow biopsy (BMB) samples as additional prognostic and predictive decision making tool. Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 34 patients with confirmed diagnosis of DLBCL-NHL stage-IV with bone marrow dissemination. All BMB samples were routinely examined in the laboratory using H&E and immunohistochemistry study. Patients were evaluated using Hans classification depending on immunohistochemical detection of CD10, BCL6, and MUM1. Clinical evaluation was done based on the International Prognostic Index (IPI). Response to treatment and survival were assessed in relation to Hans classification and IPI
