Therefore it can have a major impact on the patient's social and professional life.Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of Focused shock wave therapy versus Radial shock wave therapy in patient with chronic lateral epicondylitis. Subjects, Material and Methods: A total of 45 subjects of both genders participated in the current study, 45 patients (31 females and 14 males) with chronic lateral epicondylitis. The participants{u2019} ages ranged from 30 to 60 years. The mean values (± SD) of age in Focused shock wave therapy, Radial shock wave therapy and convential physical therapy groups were 41.07 ± 7.73 yrs., 41.07 ± 7.43 yrs. and 42.93 ± 6.61 yrs., respectively.
