We aim to evaluate relationship between cognitive functions and gait. Errorless learning is one of the most successful memory rehabilitation approach. Objective: To determine the effect of Errorless learning approch on cognitive functions and its consequences on gait parameters . Patients and Methods: : Thirty MS patient from both sex, Their Age ranged from 25-45 years old, Expanded Disability Status Scale (S.D) was from 1- 4,5. The patients were assigned randomly into two equal groups Control group (GI) treated by Selected physical therapy program and Study group (GII) treated by Same program in group one in addition to errorless learning approach.
