Uncertainty usually considered the major challenge for Supply chain managers. To control uncertainty in supply chain is to improve the processes that are necessary for maintaining the purposes , to increase the SC ability to perform its function and increase customer satisfaction. In real life there exist variation in demand, uncertainty in lead time and long lead times that cannot be fully predicted. This makes supply chain management necessary to provide items to the production, assembling or customer in time. To control uncertainty in supply chain in this research, the sources were defined first then strategies were implemented. Strategies were identified as reducing uncertainty strategies and Coping with uncertainty strategy ER -
