The use of immediate implants for treatment of single tooth loss is highly increasing, has enormous advantages over healed sites with very specific inclusion criteria. Despite the advantages that reported about high survival rate of immediate post-extraction implants, the esthetic outcome is highly unpredictable due to the horizontal and vertical dimensional alterations of the alveolar bone and the soft tissues. Filling the jumping gap around implants with regenerative materials as bone grafts was proposed to counteract or at least reduce the magnitude of the bone resorption that following post-extraction implant installation. The aim of the present study was to compare the amount of marginal bone loss (MBL), implant stability after 6 month follow-up and clinical surgical time and post-operative pain following implant installation in hopeless anterior aesthetic tooth with placement of different types of bone graft in the jumping gap Nanobone graft 2study group3 versus Autogenous bone graft 2comparator group3
