Thepreparation of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles SPIONsNPs byCoprecipitation and Sonochemical methods and coated with polyethylene glycol PEG Fe3O4@PEG and Fe3O4@PEG conjugated Docetaxel. The present study investigatesalternative magnetic field AMF [Zero Voltage Switch ZVS] connected withthe frequency counter and special program. The study aimedto develop the effects of hyperthermia HT and hyperchemothermia HCT on HepG2 cell lines by using ZVS based on SPIONs properties were evaluated. The possible biological effects created by NPs in HepG2 cells such as internalization in the cytoplasm, drug release, cytotoxicity, DNA damage, genotoxic, necrosis, apoptosis, the inhibitory activity of endothelialgrowth factor receptor EGFR,and cell cycle arrest were evaluated. It is concluded that multi-modal approach of HT and HCT treatments induced different cell death program early and late apoptosis due to NPs engulfed byendosomes
