They were subjected to routine laboratory investigations and gene expression analysis using quantitative SYBR Green reverse {u2013}transcription Real {u2013}Time polymerase chain reaction. Results : It was found that median levels of fold change of miR-10b and miR-21 were significantly higher (up-regulated) in serum of BC patients compared to the healthy control group (p<0.001) . ROC curve analysis for miR 21 have demonstrated AUC of 0.96 [ 95% CI, 0.928 & 1 ] , with sensitivity 95.7% and specificity 85% ,and AUC of 0.99 [ 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.975&1 ], with sensitivity 97.1 % and specificity 100 % for miR 10b,Conclusions: miR21 and miR10b could be helpful biomarkers in BC diagnosis ER -
