Participants and Methods: Ninety adolescent girls participated in this study, their age ranged between 12 and 16 years. They were assigned into three groups of equal number according to their way of school bag carrying group (A) (n=30) carry bilateral backpack, group (B) (n=30) carry unilateral backpack and group(C) (n=30) carry a crossed bag.Their balance were assessed using HUMAC balance system.Results:Comparingthe result of the current study between groups revealed a significant difference in balance while, there is no significance difference between group A and B but there is a significance difference between group B and C.Conclusion:it was revealed that, the three carrying ways of school bag had an effect on balance but with different degree, in which bilateral backpack was considered the better way of carrying with less affection on balance than others but cross bag carrying was consider better than unilateral backpack carrying UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
