The world health organization recommends that caesarean section be performed only when medically necessary, some C-section are performed without a medical reason, upon request by someone, usually the mother ( Ribacke, et al. 2016). A C-section typically takes 45 minutes to an hour it may be done with a spinal block, where the woman is a wake or under general anesthesia ( Allender, 2017). Although C-section sometimes lifesaving but it has many complications, and several days are required in the hospital to recover sufficiently to return home, one of these complications is ileus which is temporary inhibition of gastrointestinal function, its treatment is supportive by gastric decompression, together with IV hydration and correction of electrolyte abnormalities and discontinuation of anti-kinetic drugs
