Material and Methods:Sixty women with central obesity enrolled in this study; their age ranged from 35-45 and BMI from 30-35 % participated in this study at Radio and TV union medical care.They assigned into three equal groups Group (I) consisted of 20 women who received low caloric diet (around 1200 kcal) and cryolipolysis therapyone session every 4 weeks (a total of three sessions).Group (II) consisted of 20 women who were received low caloric diet (around 1200 kcal) and abdominal exercises3 times per week. Group (III) consisted of 20 women who received low caloric diet (around 1200 kcal) with cryolipolysis therapy one session every 4 weeks (a total of three sessions)and abdominal exercises3 times per week.The study period was 3 months.
