In this thesis, a PV-pumping system using Quasi Z-Source Inverter (QZSI) is represented to replace the conventional two stages converters. A control technique is proposed to provide a lower voltage stress on the devices at the low power conditions. A model-based algorithm is used as a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique.
