Materials and methods: The present study is a randomized clinical trial conducted on 12 patients to evaluate the amount of crestal bone loss , density values, implant survival ,implant stability ,VAS score and patient satisfaction over 6 months follow up, following implant placement in maxillary edentulous ridge at low speed drilling without irrigation versus conventional drilling speed technique.Classical implant placement without any bone augmentation was the technique used in both groups. All patients were followed up clinically and radiographically for 6 months. Radiographic evaluation involved digital radiograph immediately after implant insertion, three months and six months postoperatively to evaluate crestal bone loss and bone density changes. Resonance frequency analysis to measure implant stability using Osstell device was performed immediately after implant insertion, three months postoperative at time of implant exposure and six months postoperative UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
