The management of nasal polyps (2NP3) has been the topic of frequent controversial debates for many decades. Most authors agree on the fact that management of NP should be primarily based on a medical approach to be completed by surgical procedures only in the case of drug failure. There is a good evidence for the use of corticosteroids (systemic and topical); both as primary treatment and as postoperative prophylaxis against recurrence, but the prolonged course of the disease and adverse effects of systemic steroids limits their use. (Alobeid, 2005)The surgical management of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps has markedly evolved over the past years, the use of endoscope and computer aided technology have extended the limits of sinus surgery and has become an adjunct to medical management and nasal polyps
