Sustainability is becoming essential in the construction supply chain. Because of applying the social pillar of sustainability is considered a new trend to research in academia, construction organizations need help to select the suppliers based on social sustainability which has not oftentimes applicable yet. The research proposes a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model for social supplier selection which is beneficial for sustainable construction projects. This model is developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) based on the socially sustainable attributes which are associated with the wellbeing of the society and the future generation. Furthermore, the socially sustainable criteria are gathered from the literature and have been proposed as a form of analytical hierarchy. Moreover, the model analysis was adopted through interviews with professional experts to define the weight of criteria. Also, the computational model was carried out through the application of a case study to point out the optimum supplier who has a positive impact on sustainable construction projects development and society. Afterwards, the model is validated and a sensitivity analysis is conducted to strengthen the results
