Aim of the study was: Radiographical and Histological assessment using a Mixture of Anorganic Bovine Bone (ABB) And Autogenous Particulate vs a Mixture of Injectable Platelets Rich Fibers, ABB And Autogenous Particulates (sticky bone) In socket preservation. Study question was: Does the socket preservation of the Alveolar Ridge in the lower molars using a Mixture Of Anorganic Bovine Bone(ABB) And Autogenous Particulate gives better results regarding the quality of bone and the dimension preservation of the socket than a Mixture of Injectable Platelets Rich Fibrin, ABB And Autogenous Particulates (sticky bone)?. Methodology: CBCT after extraction and socket preservation. CBCT before dental implants and biopsy harvesting. Result: sticky bone showed statistical significance regarding to the mean value of bone area percent over a mixture of ABB and Autogenous bone. sticky bone is better than the mixture of (ABB and Autogenous particulates) regarding to the amount of bone formation. Conclusion: the results are predictable in preserving the socket from collapse which will result in a successful prosthetic driven dental implant in the second stage surgery
