Aim: To evaluate the Esthetic effect of Casein Phosphopeptide-Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (CPP-ACP) varnish versus Tricalcium Phosphate (TCP) varnish on post-orthodontic WSLs. Methodology: The study included patients who had developed multiple decalcified enamel lesions after fixed orthodontic therapy, exhibiting at least 2 white spot lesions in buccal surface of teeth and no history of an allergic reaction to fluoride or other ingredients in the varnish. The study population was divided equally into two groups using the (CPP-ACP varnish and TCP varnish). Facial surfaces of teeth were evaluated at baseline, 3, and 6 months using the enamel decalcification index (EDI) and the international caries detection and assessment system (ICDAS II). Results: The study population consisted of 20 patients mean age 14 years (15 females, 5 males; 194 affected teeth. At baseline there was concerning esthetic effect showed no statistical significant difference between both groups at 3 and 6month. ICDAS II and EDI no statistical significant difference between CPP-ACP varnish and TCP varnish, but the area of WSLs decreased significantly in all groups . Conclusions: Success has been shown in treating postorthodontic WSLs with CPP-ACP and TCP fluoride varnish combined oral hygiene measures
