Objective: to assess the effect of addition of coenzyme A Q10 to DHEA in young poor responder infertile female undergoing IVF/ICSI cycles. Methods: 168 female with poor ovarian response ( Poseidon Group 3) from Multicenter equally randomized into two groups. The first received DHEA orally in addition to co enzyme 10 and the second received DHEA orally only .Both groups underwent controlled ovarian Stimulation. Results:There was statistically significant difference between both groups as regards quality of oocyte and number and quality of embryos transferred with preference to coenzymeA Q10 group, however there was no significant difference between both groups as regards other parameters. Conclusion: pretreatment with CoQ10 increases ovarian response to stimulation and improves oocyte and embryo quality in young patients with poor ovarian reserve
