The amount of medical-image information available for analysis is increasing with the modern medical image devices and biomedical-image processing techniques. To prevent data modification by unauthorized persons in insecure network, medical images should be encrypted efficiently. Securing information(Data) has become a requirement these days, in such away that, highly sensitive data need to be transmitted securely over networks to prevent data modification. Therefore, patient medical images, especially for critical cases must be kept secure. In this research, two techniques have been proposed. In the first Proposed Technique, a Butterworth High Pass Filter (BHPF) is used to enhance the medical image{u2019}s details and avoid any possible loss of the medical details during encoder process. Furthermore, combination between modified Arnold{u2019}s cat map technique & AES is used, where 3 bits are added to traditional AES encryption key to increase the encryption robustness. The second proposed technique, an enhancement has been achieved by combing modified Arnold{u2019}s cat map with Rivest Cipher 4 (RC4) instead of AES show enhance by 35% compare to Cat-AES. A comparative study has been discussing to the efficiency of the proposed technique concerning Arnold{u2019}s Cat Map with AES (Cat-AES). employing the absolute correlation coefficient near zero value, we show the uncorrelated between the original image and the encrypted image ER -
