The sample consists of 322 respondents. Validated questionnaire was used for the collection of data from employees in Egyptian public refining and manufacturing companies. Structure equation modeling technique is applied to test the hypothesized model. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between all WD{u2019}s dimensions and IWB with correlation values ranged from 0.45 to 0.65 which is moderate to strong relationships. The total correlation coefficient between WD and IWB found to be 0.72 which reflects strong relationship at confidence level 99%. Autonomy, task variety, task identity, and feedback found to have a real impact on IWB and explain 52% of any change in the employees IWB at the level of confidence 99% indicating the importance of WD in promoting IWB among employees in Egyptian public refineries. On the contrary, to the researcher's expectation, the results revealed that there is no moderating role for OJ on the relationship between the WD and IWB.
