Aim: This study will be conducted to evaluate the difference between CAMBRA and ICCMS caries risk assessment models acquisition on treatment plan of young adults.Methodology: 104 young adult patients were examined according to the criteria of the International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS-II) and caries risk were analyzed according to Caries Management By Caries Risk Assessment (CAMBRA) and divided into two equal groups of 52 patients according to treatment protocol, all cavitated lesions were restored beside preventive protocol composed of in office and at-home parts, then patients were examined in follow up visits at 6 and 12 months. Mann-Whitney test was performed for intergroup comparisons and Kruskal- Wallis test followed by Wilcoxon signed-rank test/Mann-Whitney test were used for multiple comparisons. AR, RR and RRR were calculated (95% CI) were calculated. Results: There was no statistically significant differences between ICDAS scores of CAMBRA and ICCMS groups at baseline (P=0.317), 6 months (P=0.164) and 1 year (P=0.287). Intra-group assessment of CAMBRA group showed statistically significant difference in ICDAS scores (P=0.002) after 12 months in high and moderate risk groups while low risk group did not show statistically significant difference in ICDAS scores between different follow-up periods (P=0.593) and (P=1.000) respectively. ICCMS groups did not show statistically significant difference in any group along follow up periods
