Bullying has become an important social and public health issue. Although there is a significant decrease in bullying in many countries, bullying is still a major problem among youngers. Aim: assess the effect of bullying control program on knowledge and practices of family caregivers. Design: A quasi experimental (pre-posttest) was utilized. Setting; study was conducted in Abo-Alsoud family health center of Masr El Kadema district. A purposive sample of 51 family caregivers was selected. Tools: Socio-economic status scales, Bullying knowledge questionnaire, Practices in handling bullying questionnaire and bullying behaviors questionnaire. Results: Majority of family caregivers were of low socioeconomic status. There was an improvement in knowledge and practices mean scores in immediate and follow up posttests compared to pretest. The mean scores of children bullying behaviors decreased in follow up posttest compared to pretest. There were positive correlations between total knowledge and total practice mean scores in pretest (p=0.048) as well as follow up posttests (p=0.042). There was a negative correlation between total practice score and children bullying behavior score in pretest (p=0.049). The study concluded that the bullying control program improved family caregiver's knowledge, practices and reduced bullying behaviors among their children. The study recommended including of family caregivers as a main variable in bullying prevention or control programs and scheduling of bullying control programs as a main topic in heath visits of all family health centers to raise community member's awareness toward bullying control among children
