N2  - The first 24 hours are a critical time window in which much of the fate of a patient with  acute MI is declared.The goal is to facilitate rapid recognition and treatment of patients  with STEMl, such that door-to-needle time for initiation of fibrinolytic therapy can be  achieved within 30 minutes or that door-to balloon time for PCI can be kept under 90  minutes to keep total ischemic time within 120 minutes.This registry observes these  strategies and time frames in 6 October insurance hospital. Regarding the intervention, majority of patients (72%) of patients underwent Primary PCI. 20% of our patients reported post MI complications with 6.0% mortality rate.Time of door to balloon was  5.43(±8.93), time of door to needle was 1.55 (±0.83) and pain until FMC was 10.53  (±16.34). STEMI patients presented to our hospital were treated primarily using PCI  and the outcomes of PCI were found to be satisfactory. Based on the work done in this area, a unified protocol and timeline implementation in the Egyptian hospitals for the  management of ACS mainly STEMI, is recommended for the improvement of  emergency medical services provided to the Egyptian population
