ALL groups were evaluated before and after therapy (5weeks) for the intensity of pain using Visual analogue scale (VAS), and electromyography neurofeedback compound muscle action potentials of masseter and temporalis muscles using NEXUS 10 by (Mind media) device. Results The results of this study showed that there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) in VAS score, compound muscle action potentials of Masseter and Temporalis muscles in both study groups B and C but in favor of group (B). There were significant improvements after treatment in all groups, with a significant difference between the Electromagnetic and Laser groups, in favor of the Laser group UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
