This study was carried out to study the effect of some beverage consumption such as green coffee, moringa or mixture of them and some drugs (Orlistat &chitosan) as anti-obesity in female rats. This study refers to the effect of some beverage and commercial drugs on the absorption of fat and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) for all treatment groups of female rats fed with high-fat food.Throughout the experiment study (70 days), diet consumed and / or wasted quantities were recorded every day. Also rats weightswere recorded every week. At the end of the experiment work, obese female rats were fasted overnight before sacrificed, and the blood samples were taken from each rat and centrifuged to obtain the serum. Serum was carefully separated and transferred into dry clean Ebendorf tubes and kept frozen at-20c till biochemicalanalysis. Ovaries and abdominal fat were excised, weighted then right ovary fixed in 10%formaldehyde forhistopathological examination,. Daily feed intake (FI) per group was calculated during the experimental period (70days, body weight gain (BWG %) and feed efficiency ratio(FER)] were calculated according to In all experimental groups
