Aim: This study was done to evaluate and compare the prosthesis and implant survival in case of temporary fixed complete dentures with fiber reinforced frameworks versus those with non-reinforced frameworks in case of immediately loaded full arch restorations in completely edentulous patients. The associated marginal bone loss in both groups was also reported as well. Methodology: Completely edentulous patients were randomly allocated into two parallel arm groups. Non-reinforced control group (NR) in which patients received non-reinforced all-on-4 immediately loaded fixed restoration and Fiber reinforced group (FR) in which patients received all-on-4 fixed restoration with fiber reinforced framework. Prosthesis and implant survival was clinically evaluated after 4 month follow up period. In addition, digital peri-apical radiographs were taken for the implants using the paralleling technique to evaluate the amount of marginal bone loss in both groups Results: Prosthesis and implant survival was significantly higher in the FR group compared to the NR group. Also, there was a statistically significant decrease in the amount of marginal bone loss associated with the FR group (0.262 ± 0.1 mm) compared to the NR group (0.675 ± 0.22 mm)
