Subjects :Thirty children with spastic diplegia were assigned randomly into two equal study groups (A and B). Methods : Dual energy x-ray absorbiotometry (DEXA) was used to measure bone density of neck of femeur,L2 L4 spine and muscle lean in the two groups before and after three successive months of application of the treatment programs. Gross motor function measure scale(GMFMS) was used to assess gross motor abilities to all the participated children in both groups before and after treatment programs.Group A received WBV in addition to designed physical therapy program while Group B received the same designed physical therapy program given to group A inaddition to PMF. Results: regarding the findings of all measured variables (bone density,lean of muscle and gross motor function) within the groups A and B (pre-post) revealed significant improvement in both groups(P<0,05).Post treatment findings showed non statiscal significant difference between both techniques on all measuring variables,(P>0,05) ER -
