The D10 value of a clinical isolate of P. aeruginosa was calculated to be 0.12 kGy. The total protein-N contents of untreated and irradiated cells with -irradiation up to 1.2 kGy declared a noticeable increase in the amount of protein contents in cells treated with 0.8 kGy (V1).The D10 value of (V1) was estimated to be 0.14 kGy. By repeating exposure of (V1) to Y-irradiation at 0.8 kGy (V2), (V3), (V4), (V5) and (V6) were induced. The maximum value of protein-N contents was estimated in (V3). The protein profile from SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that the maximum percentage of azurin was recorded in (V3). The amino acid profile and functional groups of purified azurin from (V3) and the standard azurin revealing the similarity between the extracted and the standard azurin
