Methodology: 90 Egyptian female patients aged 7-16 years old were recruited and instructed to follow a strict periodontal protocol. GCF ALP samples were collected from maxillary and mandibular sites and analyzed. Levels of GCF ALP were compared to their MP3 stages. Results: Levels of ALP showed high concentrations during pubertal stages in comparison to the pre-pubertal and post-pubertal stages. Conclusion: GCF ALP could be a reliable non-invasive skeletal growth indicator in a sample of Egyptian females UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
