Bariatric surgeries have now a surge in popularity in treatment of morbid obesity patients. 3D MSCT gastric volumetric study is one of the most reliable methods for accurate assessment of volumes of stomach before and after bariatric surgery. Methods: In this cross sectional study,100 patients, 50 patients presented with morbid obesity and 50 non-obese patients with BMI starting from 18.5, with range of age from 18 to 53 years old underwent CT gastric volumetry. Results: 100 patients 51 females and 49 males, Mean BMI 32.97 kg/M2, Mean age 30.13 years old. 23 patients had comorbidities, 77 patients were medically free, 17 patients were only diabetic, 4 patients were only hypertensive, two patients were diabetic and hypertensive, patient{u2019}s body weight (Kg) ranged between 49 to 138 with mean 91.39, patient{u2019}s gastric volume (cc) ranged between 312 to 1170.0 with mean 642.80, BMI ranged from 18.94 to 49.76 kg/m2 with mean 32.97 kg/m2. There was significant correlation between patient{u2019}s body weight (Kg) and gastric volume (cc) with (p 0.001) also there was significant correlation between BMI and gastric volume with p>001 ER -
