We have compared the clinical outcomes between the different CTO-PCI approaches.results The overall technical success rate of the procedures was 89.06%. Forty four cases were subjected to PAA CTO-PCI with success rate 95,7%, 4 cases were subjected to PRA CTO-PCI with a success rate of 50%, 6 cases underwent CTO-PCI through RRA with a success rate of 66,7% and eventually 8 underwent CTO-PCI case through RAA with success rate of 87,5%.conclusions CTO-PCI performed by highly experienced specialists achieved a high technical success rate ER -
