Vitis vinifera L. is a highly important source of grapes, raisins and wines in family Vitaceae. Ten cultivars of Vitis vinifera L. investigated in this study including: five cultivars from white grapes were; Superior, Arra 11, Early sweet, Prime and Thompson and five cultivars from red grapes; Starlight, Red globe, Flame seedless, Evans delight and Crimson. The aim of this study was to investigate the botanical study of the ten cultivars covering different organs. DNA profiling was performed on the leaves of the ten investigated cultivars. Preliminary phytochemical screening of the leaves and juices of ten cultivars was also performed. Metabolomics analysis by using UPLC-HR-ESI-MS/MS, untargeted analysis was carried out on methanolic extracts of the ten cultivars using positive and negative ionization modes covering different organs; leaves, stems, skins, juices and dibis resulting in identification of sixty six compounds. Investigation of sugar contents was performed on grape juices of the ten cultivars. Spectrophotometric analysis of the total phenolic and flavonoid contents of the two selected cultivars; Thompson and Crimson was performed on methanolic extracts of different organs
