Methodology: Twelve full coverage crowns were fabricated for maxillary anterior crowns supported by zirconia implant. The patients were divided into two groups according to the material Group 1(control group) fabricated from IPS e.max CAD crowns and Group 2(intervention group) fabricated from PEKK cores veneered with visiolign. Fabrication of the crowns was performed using using CAD\CAM machine with software (Exocad). The PEKK cores were veneered according to manufactures instructions by visiolign. Marginal bone loss and PES/WES were measured at time of delivery and after 9 months. Results: ANOVA was used to compare between the two groups. ;mean marginal bone loss of PEKK group was statistically significant higher than Emax CAD group after 9; PES/WES showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups after 9 month. Conclusions: Both IPS e.max CAD and PEKK crowns revealed successful clinical performance in terms of esthetics and biomechanical response UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
