Aim: To assess the effectiveness of using a customized Xenograft bone shell with a mixture of autogenous and xenograft particulate in horizontal grafting anterior atrophic maxilla. Methods: Six patients of the partially edentulous maxilla with an inadequate bone width in eight operation sites to allow adequate implant placement. 3D printed models from CBCT scans were fabricated, during the surgery xenograft blocks were manually sliced and adapted on the 3D printed hard copy model of the maxillary bone, in order to obtain a customized xenograft bone shell. Surgical procedure including 3 stages, First stage surgery for bone augmentation, Second stage surgery for removal of fixating screws and implant placements and Third stage surgery for implant exposure and prosthetic delivery Results: In total, 8 customized xenograft bone block grafts were prepared and adapted in 6 patients. Following a 6-month healing period, CBCT was used to assess graft integration, a significant increase of about 8.85mm in the alveolar bone width immediately and 7.48mm at 6 months postoperatively, histological and histomorphological analysis of core biopsies were done
