For every patient a preoperative, immediate postoperative and six months postoperative CBCT were taken to evaluate residual bone height, amount of sinus lifting and amount of bone deposition around implant to determine success of Osseointegration.mucoperiosteal flap. Osteotomy site of the implants prepared by Sin Crest drills (sequential drills with specific stops to reach the desired depth without sinus injury, Sin Crest manual osteotome which allows sinus membrane elevation by finger pressure without perforation). Bone graft materials were used to induce bone formation around implant after implant insertion, following up the cases was done six months postoperatively. Newly formed bone around implants can be seen, with mean value of 3.19±1.17 with success rate of 66.07% ER -
