Pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important vital industries on the world due to its importance and impact on human health and human existence, also it has its unique strategic and economic importance. All levels inside the pharmaceutical industry from top management till lower level workers are committed and responsible for implementation of quality principles and achievement of quality at all processes and stages of manufacture. On the other hand, pharmaceutical industry is looking for any opportunity to reduce costs in order to be more competitive but without compromising the quality. Like other industries, pharmaceutical industry may encounter some problems during manufacturing processes and it is usual to use many improvement methodologies to solve any problems and to overcome any obstacles may affect this industry, keeping in mind that continuous improvement is an essential part of culture of pharmaceutical industry.This study deals with manufacturing processes of ophthalmic products inside a pharmaceutical site. It is also important to know that ophthalmic products are a sterile products and need a lot of restricted precautions during the manufacturing process to assure the sterility of the final product.The processes under study is showing high time waste, high cost and low final yield and gives results different than the expected
