This study was conducted to investigate the impact of using yeast cell wall (YCW) and mushroom (MR) as sources of Ý-Glucan (Ý-G)+Mannan oligosaccharide (MOS) on growth performance and immune status of broiler chicks. Atotal of 420 day-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were divided into seven dietary treatments with 4 replicates of 15 birds each. Experimental groups were control group (T1) fed basal diet without Ý-G+MOS sources, T2, T3 and T4 groups fed basl diet with 100, 200 and 300 ppm YCW Ý-G+MOS, respectively, while T5, T6 and T7 groups fed basal diet with 100, 200 and 300 ppm MR Ý-G+MOS, respectively. Results showed that no significant differences were observed in LBW, BWG, FC and FCR values due to Ý-G+MOS sources and levels during all experimental periods, except BWG at finisher period and feed consumption (FC) at grower period, where chicks fed Ý-G+MOS from YCW source consumed less feed and gained more weight than those fed MR source. Generally, dietary addition of Ý-G+MOS combination can improve broilers performance. There were no significant differences within all added groups in relative lymphoid organs percentages and control group. All blood plasma protein parameters values were within normal range
