Methodology: 32 healthy male albino rats were irradiated with a single dose of 6 Gy then classified into four main groups of 8 rats. The rats of group A received no treatment after irradiation. Group B rats received single intraglandular injection of BMMCs (0.5{u00D7}105) cells/100oL, 24 hours (hr) after irradiation. Group C rats, received a single intraglandular injection of 100 ol of PRP 24 hr after irradiation. In group D, 24 hr after irradiation, the rats received single intraglandular injection of (0.5{u00D7}105) BMMCs suspended in 100 ol PRP supernatant. Histopathological examination of all groups was performed at 1- and 2-weeks post irradiation. The histological changes were evaluated histomorphometrically in term of total surface area percentage of acini. TGF- Ý1 expression was measured using Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) UR - http://172.23.153.220/th.pdf ER -
