Then the nano composites consisted of Sm0.7La0.3FeO3 and CoFe2O4 with different composition ratios were formed. A thorough study of the structure, morphology and magnetic properties of the inspected samples has been investigated using XRD, HRTEM and VSM, respectively. Rietveld investigations show that Introducing rare earth ions into LaFeO3 decreases the Fe{u2013}O{u2013}Fe angle. Moreover, VSM results indicate that coercivity of Sm0.7La0.3FeO3 is remarkably improved relative to the parent sample. The magnetic properties of various nanocompsites at room temperature are discussed with extensive elaboration on the critical size and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant ER -
