<br/><br/> The present work was done to evaluate radiographically and clinically the bone level , gingival countering and esthetics after one surgical step immediate placement of TBRide@ implant system into maxillary anterior - premolar areasTwenty patients free from any systemic or metabolic diseases and the age of them ranged from 20 - 45 yearsThey were selected and divided into two equal groups , Group A : received TBRimplant with zirconium emergent collar (Z1 implant) , while Group B : received TBRimplant without zirconium emergent collar (Octa In implant)
