Twelve , male Baladi goats were used investigate the effect of organic zinc and selenium supplementation on testicular size , sex drive , semen characteristics , testosterone and thyroid (T4 and T3) hormones concentrations as well as on some antioxidant enzymes in blood and seminal plasmaGoat bucks were assigned into three groupsGroup A served as a control , Group B supplemented with 40 - ppm zinc and Group C was supplemented with 015 ppm seleniumZinc and selenium - supplementation animals resulted in significant improvement in testicular size , sex drive , semen characteristics , testosterone and thyroid hormone concentrationAlso , increased antioxidant defense in the semen and blood cells
