We report in the first part of the original work the synthesis of hydrazide-hydrazone derivatives 3a-c via the reaction of cyanoacetyl-hydrazine 1 with Ü-bromoketones 2a-c. The compounds 3a-c underwent cyclization when heated in sodium ethoxide to form 1,3,4-oxadiazine derivatives
