From the period of January 2017 to august 2017 we do this study to compare between early operated patients (within 72 hours)versus late operated patients (after 6 weeks) of acute calculus cholecystitis done by laparoscope as regard primary and secondary outcome.100 patients are divided randomly into 2 groups, group (1) early operated ,group (2) late operated. From this study we conclude that there is no significant difference between 2 groups regarding primary and secondary outcome. Although in group (1) there is significantly high rate of infection, higher hospital stay in diabetics also in group (2) the bile leak, rate of conversion to open and hospital stay is higher in diabetics
