Neck and subcapital fractures of fifth metacarpal bone are common fractures. Nonunion is uncommon; however, malunion is a common complication of these fractures. Controversy exists regarding the optimal treatment of this fracture; which varies from nonoperative treatment to various internal fixation techniques. Twenty patients were managed by antegrade k - wires fixation (Bouquet technique) and follow up showed a good functional and radiological results
