The data showed that the least inhibitory effect was manifested upon P. putida and the maximum stimulatory effect on T. viride . This led us primarily to select these bioagents for antagonistic behavior to pathogenic fungi . La ³⁺ at 10² oM concentration was chosen for further experiments , because it has no effect on the germination of the plumule length of both wheat cultivars, while increase the radical length of Gemmieza - 10 cultivar
