Conditional cash transfers (CCT) are programs that terget alleviating poverty through cash provision and human capital improvement. These programs have been initiated in Brazil and Mexico, but have extended to be a global wave. Latin American countries have successfully substituted food subsidy programs with CCT, which created an incentive for other developing countries to follow
