This study was conducted to monitor, measure and compare the fluoride release and recharging capacity of nano ionomer compared to conventional restoratives. Ketac fil and ketac nano were used in this study. Sodium fluoride solutions (0.2%) and (2.0%) were used. 180 specimens were used in the study where a teflon mould (10mm x 1mm) was used to prepare all specimens. 60 specimens were used for fluoride release while 120 specimens were used for fluoride recharging. All specimens of fluoride release were stored in distilled water for 24 hours, 1 month and 3 months. While specimens of recharging capacity were immersed in sodium fluoride solutions (2.0%) and (0.2%) for 24 hours, 1 month and 3 months. Measurements were determined using EDAX
